Matsuda annouced President of Aisin Technical Center of America








NORTHVILLE, Mich. May 3, 2016 – Aisin Seiki, one of the world’s leading Tier One automotive components manufacturers announced Yoshihiko Matsuda as the president of Aisin Technical Center of America (ATC-A), Northville, Mich., effective May 1, 2016.

Matsuda joined the company in 2014 and will continue in his role as Aisin Seiki senior managing officer for Global Research and Development operations. Matsuda, who earned a Master of Engineering from Kyoto University, was also a member of its faculty.
ATC-A was founded in 2008 to lead the company’s engineering and product development expansion in the U.S. marketplace.  He will oversee a highly specialized technical team that works closely with customers in strategic product development providing all aspects of local engineering, such as design, testing and other technical initiatives.
In addition to rapidly expanding engineering and design capabilities, ATC-A has state-of-the-art lab facilities that allow various evaluation tests and procedures to assure quality of its products in Performance; Environmental; Strength and Durability; Electronics; and NVH.
